CPAP.com Quattro Warning and Disclaimer
The Mirage Quattro has been tested by CPAP.com against the Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask. The elbow of the Quattro snaps on to connect to the mask frame, whereas the Ultra Mirage utilizes an elbow clip, locking the elbow in place.
Under most conditions, the Mirage Quattro is quieter than the Ultra Mirage Full Face Mask. It will become a bit louder than the Ultra Mirage when a force like a hose or a pillow slightly cocks the elbow. Because the Quattro is very quiet, this can be annoying. There is no easy solution for this. It is a characteristic of the Quattro.
CPAP.com offers an optional Return Insurance Program that allows customers to return masks within 30 days of purchase for a full refund of the product's purchase price, less shipping. It should be considered if you are buying your first Quattro.
Customers seeking reimbursement for defects pertaining to air leakage from the elbow on the Mirage Quattro Full Face Mask will be rejected unless the Return Insurance policy was purchased. All other defects will be addressed by our standard return policy.

Cleaning Tips
- Completely disassemble the mask, separating out all parts. You'll want to wash each part separately.
- Using a mixture of mild soap and lukewarm water, gently scrub your mask cushion with a paper towel. As an alternative to mild soap and water, you can use mask wipes instead.
- Make sure you cover the entire surface on the inside of the cushion, clearing away any debris that may have been left behind. Repeat these steps for the forehead pad.
- You'll want to wash the headgear in mild soap and water too. Make sure all the soap suds are removed completely.
- Set all of the parts aside to air dry, but don't place in direct sunlight.
The Mirage Quattro and related accessories are not dishwasher safe, and cannot be washed in a washing machine or clothes dryer.

All Mirage Quattro Full Face CPAP Masks come packaged with a size Medium/Standard (16117) Headgear. Large or Small sizes can also be purchased separately ResMed Headgear.
Where do I find the size?
To find the size of the mask frame, turn the front of the mask to face the user. Look to the left and right sides of the elbow to locate the two connectors for the headgear. A clear letter is embossed into the top of each connector, indicating the size of the mask frame. It is easiest to see the letter when the headgear clip is removed from the mask frame.
To find the size of the full face cushion, turn the mask to look directly at the flat bottom of the full face cushion. A large, clear letter is embossed into the silicone flap to specify the size of the full face cushion.
The mask frame, full face cushion, and cushion clip must be the same size to work properly. The full-face cushion and the cushion clip are replaceable. The size of the cushion clip is recorded on the inside of the base clip.
